Panel Discussion & Brunch - Organized by No Border Feminism
Women are rising for their rights everywhere, from German to Italy, from Hong Kong to Bolivia, from Rojava to Palestine. But what does it mean to be a feminist behind segregational walls? This panel aims to explore and make visible the perspectives of women's struggles under occupation. Together with Davide Grasso - Italian political activist and writer with direct experience in Rojava and Palestine - Fidaa Alzaanin - gender studies researcher and a feminist from Gaza - and Amara - European Jineolojî committee - we will build a bridge between two realities, where the struggle for liberation of the land cannot go without women's liberation, liberation from patriarchal society and liberation from the patriarchal system of occupation.
This encounter will be accompanied by delicious food to help nourish our bodies and our souls :)
