Beirut Calling: SoLi Tattoo Fest

Soli-Tattoo Fest + local market + music +interventions 

Friday+Saturday 2/3 October 2020

From 11am to 10pm

On 4 August 2020, a large amount of ammonium nitrate stored at the port of the city of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, exploded, causing at least 190 deaths, 6,500 injuries, leaving an estimated 300,000 people homeless and much more emotionally scarred for life. Such devastation would be difficult to deal with at the best of times but it hit the Lebanese capital in the midst of a severe economic crisis that has only been compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Responding to the devastating explosion in Beirut with the support of the Queer Antifa scene and Nowhereland Collective + Guests is organizing 2 days of flash tattoos, a local art market, and music.

The collected money will support members of the LGBTQ+ in need.

There will be a selection of flash, starting from 100eu, available for both days, that is going to be posted before the event by the participant artist.
