Schuldenstreichung - 1953 für Deutschland möglich, heute für den Globalen Süden nicht?!

Am 27.2. wird „Debt for Climate“ in Aktion fordern: finanzielle Schulden des Globalen Südens streichen und Klimaschuld des Globalen Nordens anerkennen! An diesem Datum jährt sich zum 70. Mal der Schuldenschnitt Deutschlands nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg, was Deutschland zum "Wirtschaftswunder" verhalf. Schuldenstreichung von Ländern des Globalen Südens heute ist keine Frage der Gutmütigkeit, sondern ein erster Schritt in Richtung Gerechtigkeit.

27.2., 11-13 Uhr, Kundgebung vor dem Finanzministerium: 
- Reden von MAPA-Aktivist*innen (Most Affected People and Areas) 
- Finanzminister Lindner zur Rechenschaft ziehen für sein Versprechen, die Schulden des Globalen Südens zu streichen

Debt for Climate

On 27.2. “Debt for Climate” will demand in action: cancel financial debt of the Global South and recognize climate debt of the Global North! This date marks the 70th anniversary of the cut of Germany's debt after World War II, which helped Germany achieve its "Wirtschaftswunder." Debt cancellation for countries of the Global South today is not a matter of Goodwill, it is a first step towards justice.

Feb. 27, 11 am -1 pm, rally in front of the Ministry of Finance: 
- Speeches by MAPA activists (Most Affected People and Areas). 
- Holding Finance Minister Lindner accountable for his promise to cancel the debt of the Global South
