On Sunday, 12.5.24, from 7 pm, Deine LieblingsVoKü will be serving a vegan speciality from the oven at Kiezladen Sonnenallee 154.

In the evening, the friends of Sudan Uprising Germany will show a presentation on resistance and arts (in English), with pictures of graffiti and tags from the times of the uprising of the last 5 years.

In the meantime, a war is raging in Sudan between the official military of Sudan and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF). These have been heavily armed with EU funds, among other things - officially to secure borders. Today, these troops are once again responsible for genocidal crimes in Darfur, the destruction of the democratic opposition, famine and millions of refugees.

In the evening we will collect money to support the flying comrades.

Am Sonntag, 12.5.24, ab 19 Uhr serviert Deine LieblingsVoKü im Kiezladen Sonnenallee 154 eine vegane Spezialität aus dem Ofen.

Am Abend zeigen die Freund:innen von Sudan Uprising Germany eine Präsentation zu Widerstand und Kultur (in Englisch), mit Bildern von Graffiti und Tags aus den Zeiten des Aufstandes der letzten 5 Jahre.

Mittlerweile tobt in Sudan ein Krieg zwischen dem offiziellen Militär und den paramilitärischen Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Diese wurden u.a. durch EU-Geldern stark aufgerüstet - offiziell um Grenzen zu sichern. Heute sorgen genau diese Truppen erneut für genozidale Verbrechen in Darfur, für die Zerstörung der demokratischen Opposition, eine Hungersnot und für millionenfache Flucht.

Am Abend sammeln wir Geld um die fliegenden Genoss:innen zu unterstützen.
