Unsere Stadt wird vor unseren Augen zerstört: Freiräume werden mit unerschwinglichen Luxuswohnungen und Bürohäusern zugebaut. Spekulant*innen machen immer noch fette Gewinne auf Kosten unserer Lebensqualität. Wir finden: Berlin darf keine Stadt nur für das große Geld und Reiche werden. Schluss damit!
Recht auf Stadt heißt für uns: das Recht auf bezahlbaren Wohnraum und Schutz vor Verdrängung. Jede Wohnung ist ein Zuhause und gerade jetzt, in Zeiten der Krisen, brauchen wir unsere Stadt als Rückzugs- und Lebensraum. Aber horrende Mieten, sowie zunehmend hohe Lebensmittel- und Energiepreise stellen uns alle vor teils unlösbare Probleme.
Die Vergesellschaftung von Wohnraum ist wichtig, um Spekulation und Mietsteigerungen zu verhindern. Der CDU/SPD-Senat hat jedoch den erfolgreichen Volksentscheid DeutscheWohnen & Co Enteignen bis heute nicht umgesetzt! Deswegen unterstützen wir den zweiten Volksentscheid der Initiative. Außerdem brauchen wir endlich einen Mietenstopp und einen Mietendeckel!
Berlin ist mehr als nur Wohnen: Freiräume müssen nicht nur neu geschaffen, sondern auch geschützt werden. Das gilt für Clubs genauso wie für Free-Open-Airs oder selbstverwaltete Jugendzentren, Hausprojekte, LGBTQI*-Schutzräume, Musikschulen, Theater, Kiezkneipen, Spätis und vieles mehr. Diese Vielfalt ist nicht nur durch die um sich greifende Gentrifizierung bedroht. Auch der wieder aufflammende Faschismus in Form der AFD, WerteUnion, der Identitären Bewegung und anderer demokratiefeindlicher Akteur*innen bedroht das gute Leben aller in Berlin.
Wir lassen uns unser vielfältiges Zusammenleben, unsere offene Gesellschaft nicht kaputt machen: Wenn Faschist*innen unsere Nachbar*innen, Freund*innen oder Kolleg*innen deportieren wollen, zeigen wir klare Kante und stellen uns dem entgegen.
Deswegen gehen wir 2024 wieder mit euch auf die Straße. Mit rollenden Bässen, flackernden Strobos und ballernder Solidarität. Gemeinsam gegen soziale Spaltung, Verdrängung und das Verschwinden von Freiräumen; für ein solidarisches Berlin, in dem wir alle gemeinsam gut leben können. Für ein Recht auf Stadt!
Gemeinsames Leben und Feiern bedeutet auch aufeinander zu achten: Wir stellen uns konsequent gegen grenzüberschreitendes Verhalten und fordern alle auf, das genauso zu tun und Zivilcourage zu zeigen. Wir dulden auf unserer Veranstaltung keinen Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Islamophobie, Sexismus, Trans- und Homophobie oder andere Formen von Menschenfeindlichkeit.
Gegen den Ausverkauf der Stadt – zusammen mit euch! Holen wir uns Berlin zurück!

Our city is being destroyed; open spaces are filled with unaffordable luxury apartments and office buildings. Speculators continue to make massive profits at the expense of our quality of life. Berlin should not become a city only for big money and the wealthy. Enough is enough!
For us, the right to be part of this city means the right to affordable housing and protection against displacement. Every apartment is a home! We especially need our city as a refuge and living space in times of crisis. However, exorbitant rents and increasingly high prices for food and energy pose unsolvable problems for all of us.
Socializing housing is crucial to prevent speculation and rent increases. However, until today, the CDU/SPD Senate has not implemented the successful popular vote to expropriate Deutsche Wohnen & Co.! That's why we support the subsequent popular vote of the initiative. On top of that, we urgently need a rent freeze and a rent cap!
Berlin is more than just living: open spaces must be created, and existing spaces must be protected. This applies to clubs, free open-air events or self-managed youth centres, housing projects, LGBTQI* safe spaces, music schools, theatres, neighbourhood pubs, late-night shops, and more. This diversity is not only threatened by the spreading gentrification but also by the re-emergence of fascism in the form of the AfD, WerteUnion, the Identitarian Movement, and other democracy-hostile actors, threatening the good life of everyone in Berlin.
We will not let our diverse coexistence and our open society be destroyed: if fascists want to deport our neighbours, friends, or colleagues, we speak up and stand with those threatened.
That's why we're returning to the streets with you in 2024, with rolling bass, flickering stroboscopes, and booming solidarity. We aim for a solidarity-based Berlin where we can all live together against social division, displacement, and the disappearance of open spaces!
Living and celebrating together means looking out for each other: We consistently oppose crossing boundaries, urge everyone to do the same, and show civil courage. We do not tolerate racism, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, or any other forms of hostility at our event.
Against the sell-out of the city – together with you! Let's reclaim Berlin!
