We’ll write poems together by exchanging German words, then bring them to life by crafting a Phenakistoscope, one of the earliest animation devices from the 19th century. We’ll also take a short dive into the history of animation.

You're welcome to bring your own supplies or musical instruments if you’d like to turn your poems into songs! If you’re into animation, crafting, and creative exchange, just come with your favorite German words and join the 19th century fun.
