Radical Prenzlauerberg (min. 2.5 hours) Prenzlauerberg is known as a gentrified quarter. However, we will look for the radical contemporary that still exists. How resistances forged by alliances between punks and the church or Quakers and Jews set the foundations for queer spaces like the Tuntenhaus project. And, Where a blind and deaf anarchist saved people from the Nazis and a policeman saved a Synagoge from the SS and NS-Fanatics.
Mal has been guiding for 20 years and is deeply embedded in the nightlife and political communities of Berlin, including producing content for LSVD MILES and numerous queer and feminist orgs visiting or in the city. Upsi (she/her) works as an assistant-person and helps to facilitate organisation.

Everyone deserves access to culture and history. The tour has a sliding-scale that assures the guide gets a chance at a fair wage and the guests a chance at an exceptional tour.

For my pre-booked/ customised tours I charge 60€ - 120€, with soli possible for those who can't afford it.
Freelance minimum wage is around 15€ in Germany, beginner commercial guides earn around 40€/hr.
