Queer Kreuzberg (2.5 hours) this one dives into the post-war period in Kreuzberg, queer refugees, migrants, and outsiders like Audre Lorde, Blixa Bargeld, and Rio Reiser. We will see Berlin’s most famous squat used as a queer refugium and for political organising. Some street art will be highlighted too.
Mal has been guiding for 20 years and is deeply embedded in the nightlife and political communities of Berlin, including producing content for LSVD MILES and numerous queer and feminist orgs visiting or in the city. Upsi (she/her) works as an assistant-person and helps to facilitate organisation.

Everyone deserves access to culture and history. The tour has a sliding-scale that assures the guide gets a chance at a fair wage and the guests a chance at an exceptional tour.

For my pre-booked/ customised tours I charge 60€ - 120€, with soli possible for those who can't afford it.
Freelance minimum wage is around 15€ in Germany, beginner commercial guides earn around 40€/hr.
