Kostenlose rechtliche Erstberatung am Ostkreuz 

Was 

Wir klären Deine Rechte, lesen Briefe von Ämtern oder finden passende Anwält*innen 

• Migrationsrecht (Asyl, Aufenthalt)
• Arbeitsrecht (Lohn, Kündigung)
• Familienrecht (Sorgerecht, Gewalt)
• Strafrecht (Strafbefehl, Anzeige) 

Kostenlos und bei Bedarf anonym (wir haben eine juristische Ausbildung, aber nicht alle sind Anwält*innen). 

Bitte bring ALLE Dokumente und Briefe mit. Keine Anmeldung nötig. 

Wir beraten auf Deutsch & Englisch.

• Termine im Januar & Februar 2026 – alle 2 Wochen freitags:

• Türrschmidtstr. 1, 10318 Berlin (Nähe S-Ostkreuz)

Im Erdgeschoss und über eine Stufe erreichbar. Toiletten sind nicht barrierefrei.

What we do 

We help you understand your rights, read official letters, and find the right lawyer if needed.

• Migration Law (asylum, residence permits)
• Labor Law (wages, dismissal)
• Family Law (custody, domestic violence)
• Criminal Law (charges, penalty orders)

Our consultations are free and can be anonymous if you prefer. (We are legally trained, but not all of us are lawyers.)

Please bring ALL documents and letters with you.
No appointment needed.
We provide advice in German and English.
Interpreting in other languages possible. Please write in advance: legal@kosge-berlin.de

• Dates in January & February 2026 – every two weeks on Fridays

We’re on the ground floor (one step at the entrance). Toilets are not wheelchair accessible.
