The former concentration camp of Sachsenhausen (min. 4.5 hours) this tour has the distinction of being the only regular tour on offer in Berlin which takes an explicitly queer and anti-colonial gaze of the former KZ of Sachsenhausen.
Over just the last decade much more acknowledgement has been given to queer and other genocides by the NS regime. Until recently, much information was prevented from reaching the light of day by lack of funding, normative ignorance or even outright bigotry.
'Never Again' means that we stop it from happening to all peoples.
Mal is a KZ Sachsenhausen Memorial certified guide who has been guiding for 20 years and is deeply embedded in the nightlife and political communities of Berlin, including producing content for LSVD MILES and numerous queer and feminist orgs visiting or in the city. Upsi (she/her) works as an assistant-person and helps to facilitate organisation.

Tour pricing and participation transparency:
Everyone deserves access to culture and history. The tour has a sliding-scale that assures the guide gets a chance at a fair wage and the guests a chance at an exceptional tour.

For my pre-booked/ customised tours I charge 60€ - 120€/hr, with soli possible for those who can't afford it.
Freelance minimum wage is around 15€/hr in Germany, beginner commercial guides earn around 40€/hr.
