DUTERTE PANAGUTIN NOW! Join us for this screening of short artists’ films from the Philippines, which highlight the devastating human cost of former president Rodrigo Duterte’s so-called “Drug War.” During Duterte’s presidency from 2016-2022, this brutal state-run campaign targeted the most impoverished communities and claimed the lives of up to 30,000 Filipinos.

The screening will be followed by a community discussion on how we can strengthen the grassroots movement to push for justice, now that Duterte is facing charges of crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court. His next ICC hearing is scheduled to open in The Hague on February 23. Coinciding with this, the Duterte Panagutin Europe Network will be organizing a series of gatherings and protests in The Hague on February 22-23, as well as coordinated activities across Europe during that week. We invite all Filipinos and allies to join us!

In the face of widespread disinformation, we must ensure that the victims’ stories are never forgotten and that those responsible are brought to justice. We must continue to speak up on behalf of those who can no longer speak.

JUSTICE FOR ALL THE VICTIMS OF EXTRAJUDICIAL KILLINGS!
HOLD DUTERTE ACCOUNTABLE NOW!
