Über die Antimilitarist Assembly Wedding
Obwohl es im Wedding bereits Gruppen gibt, die sich nicht nur gegen Rheinmetall, sondern auch gegen die Pierburg-Fabrik speziell organisieren, entsteht das Bedürfnis eine anarchistische Versammlung im Stadtteil zu etablieren. Dieser Bedarf entspringt der Notwendigkeit, anarchistische Ideen auf anti-autoritärer, anti-nationalistischer, antimilitaristischer und horizontaler Grundlage einzubringen, ohne Anführer*innen oder Bewegungsmanager*innen, ohne Politiker*innen oder Parteien, in dem Verständnis, dass wir keine Vermittler*innen oder Sprecher*innen für unsere Taten und Worte brauchen. Wir wollen uns wieder als Gefährt*innen in die Augen schauen, aber auch als Nachbar*innen des Weddings und Berlins, die sich gegen die Todesindustrie erheben wollen, die Rheinmetall mit sich in den Kiez und die Stadt bringt. Wir glauben, dass das Wieder-ins-Gespräch-Kommen, Diskutieren und Spannungen um Themen wie dieses, nicht nur die Bande stärkt, sondern auch den Boden bereitet für neue Kämpfe am Horizont der aktuellen internationalen Lage.
Unsere Versammlung will weder die Arbeit anderer Gruppen stören noch behindern, sondern wir erkennen politische Unterschiede in Bezug auf Methoden und Organisation an und setzen uns dafür ein, eine Versammlung aufzubauen, die auf unseren eigenen Werten und Ideen basiert und mit denen koexistiert, die sich gegen die Macht und ihr militärisches Monster auflehnen. Wir glauben an permanente Konfrontation und die konstante Zuspitzung der Konflikte, die uns plagen, ohne Kompromisse mit den Unterdrückern, aber mit einer offenen Hand für die, die es wagen, gegen die Herrschenden zu kämpfen. In der Anerkennung, dass es diejenigen von uns gibt, die den sozialen Frieden der Mächtigen nie erfahren haben, uns auch nicht an ihren Komfort gewöhnt haben und wir sicherlich nicht bereit sind, ihre Interessenskriege zu führen. Kein Blut und kein Leben ist das Geld wert, von dem die Staaten profitieren.

Although there are already organized groups in Wedding, not only against Rheinmetall but against the Pierburg factory, the need arises to establish an anarchist assembly in the neighborhood. This need come from the neccesity to bring anarchist ideas based on anti-authoritarian, anti-nationalist, antimilitarist and horizontal perspective, without leaders or movements managers, without politicians or parties, understanding that we do not need intermediaries or spokespeople for our actions and words. We seek to look each other in the face again, among comrades, but also among neighbors of Wedding and Berlin who want to rise up against the death industry that Rheinmetall brings with it to the neighborhood and the city. We believe that talking, discussing, and creating tension around issues like this again not only strengthens bonds but also prepares the ground for new struggles on the horizon in the current international landscape.
Our assembly does not seek to interrupt or obstruct the work of other groups, but rather we recognize political differences in terms of methods and organization and we commit to establishing an assembly based on our own values and ideas, one that coexists with those who rebel against power and its military monster. We believe in permanent confrontation and the constant tension of the conflicts that afflict us, with no compromises with the oppressors, but with an open hand to those who dare to fight against domination. Recognizing that there are those of us who have never experienced the social peace of the powerful, nor have we grown accustomed to their comfort, and we are certainly not willing to fight their wars of interest. No blood or life is worth the money that states profit from.
