dear comrades & friends,
we are gathering again in solidarity with our friend and comrade thái lu (@littleom), a cancer survivor living with multiple chronic illnesses, including severe endometriosis, ME/CFS, MCAS, and autoimmune inflammatory skin conditions. we are raising funds to help them with their ridiculously high medical bills, which continue to be an ongoing struggle.
candle workshop (5–7 pm)
together we will shape and pour small flames into being. during this hands-on workshop you can mold your own candles and/or decorate them with herbs and other materials.
if you like, bring your own wax leftovers or a candle you would like to decorate. otherwise, just come as you are, all materials will be provided. participation in the workshop is on a 10–20€ sliding scale. no one will be turned away for lack of funds. workshop will be in both english and german :)
vegan (& mostly gluten-free) küfa (from 6:30 pm)
there will be quiche, soup, salad, gluten-free butternut squash lasagna and gluten-free cakes plus a magical drink to boost your immune system.
food will be served until it’s finished, so come early if you want to make sure to enjoy some yumminess.
open reading stage (8 pm)
bring your own writing, or lend your voice to a text by your fave author. poetry, essays, stories, rants, all are welcome. in whatever language you prefer!
